New students can check in online this summer.

My.Carthage Check-in

Before you arrive on campus this fall, check in online through My.Carthage. My.Carthage is the official online portal at Carthage, where students go to access their course schedules, register for classes, and review their finances. You must complete online check-in to participate in New Student Orientation. If you complete your online check-in by Aug. 1, you will have the option of arriving early on Friday, Sept. 1.

Students gather in a lounge of one of the buildings in the Oaks Residential Village.

Housing Information

Ready to make yourself at home on campus? Residence hall and room/roommate assignments have been sent to incoming students. If you have questions about housing, please email

Medical Forms

Deadline: July 14, 2017

All students must provide their medical history, health insurance information, immunization history, and emergency contact information.

Class Schedules

You will receive your class schedule in August. Questions? Call your first-year advisor or contact the Center for Student Success, 262-551-5800.

First Year Read

Get engaged, connected, and inspired even before you arrive on campus.
All first-year students will read the same book this summer as part of Carthage’s First Year Read experience. This year’s book is Just Mercy: A Story of Justice and Redemption by Bryan Stevenson. All students received a copy in July!

“One of my favorite memories at Carthage was move-in day. I remember walking into my dorm for the first time and thinking, ‘Wow, today is the beginning of a whole new step and I couldn’t be in a more beautiful place.’”
