The Carthage Fitness Challenge for December involves biking!

This community challenge runs throughout December. For this challenge, we’ve teamed up with Expresso, the company behind the interactive bikes located in the Semler Fitness Center. This is also the company participating in December’s “Road Warrior Challenge.”

For every 100 miles you bike, you will be entered to win $100 from the Expresso Bike company! The top three bikers from Carthage will also be given raffle tickets for our Fitness Challenge prizes. All you need to do is visit Expresso.com, click on the ‘challenges’ tab, click ‘join now’ for the December Road Warrior Challenge, and create your log in ID!

Visit Semler Fitness center and use the ID you created and log into one of our four Expresso bikes. Please be sure to ask the staff member at the desk if you require help signing into any of the Expresso bikes!
