Complaint Policy

Students and institutional personnel may address formal complaints to any Officer of the College. A student may also address any formal complaint to the Senior Vice President for Administration and Business, Lentz Hall 434. The Senior Vice President for Administration and Business will then forward the complaint to the appropriate Officer. All complaints will be investigated and acted on in a timely manner. While we will ensure the anonymity of complainants, Carthage must share information about complaints with our accreditor, although individual identities will be shielded in that case.
