Introduction to 3-D printing workshop offered TODAY

All students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in an introduction to 3-D printing workshop at 11:45 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 12 in Hedberg Library room 170. Please contact Mike Murphy if you are interested in attending.

During this workshop, you’ll learn how to create and print your own original 3-D project using Tinkercad, a web-based 3-D CAD design and the Makerbot Replicator 5th Generation 3-D printer. No prior knowledge or experience with 3-D printers or CAD programs is necessary.

Laptops are required. (If necessary, a laptop can be checked out at the library.) Participants will be required to create an account with Tinkercad.
